Bid Capsule is a two-sided marketplace built as a layer over Lead Capsule and Offer Capsule, running three markets: leads, advertising positions, and redirect and pop traffic. Sellers set the price they will accept, buyers bid, and a proxy auction settles at the clearing price. Signing up is free, the buy side is prepaid, and the processing fee sits inside the buyer's bid.
Buy leads at what they are worth to you
If you are buying consumer leads to work or to resell, the price you pay is usually a rate card someone agreed to at some point and nobody has revisited. It does not move when demand moves, it does not move when your own economics change, and it certainly does not move in your favour.
Here you enter the most a lead is worth to you and the auction settles at the clearing price, so you are charged what it took to beat the next bid, not your maximum. Bidding your true ceiling is safe. You do not lose inventory by being cautious and you do not overpay by being aggressive.
Auto bid works a floor, a ceiling and a bid increment on your behalf, so nobody on your team is sitting on a screen adjusting numbers.
Choose the exclusivity you actually need
A lead sold to you alone and a lead sold to four of your competitors are not the same product, and they should not cost the same. So you pick the tier you are bidding on: fully exclusive to one buyer, mostly exclusive to two, semi exclusive to three, barely exclusive to four, or non exclusive.
The tier tells you how many companies will hold that lead in total, not how many inside Bid Capsule. Semi exclusive means up to three, and some of those sales may be made by the vendor to their own buyers rather than here. Fully exclusive means one, and that one is you. We would rather you know which you are buying than discover it from a consumer who has already been called twice.
Whatever the tier, the cap is enforced by the platform rather than promised in an email, and nothing is resold past it while the exclusivity window is open.
What you can choose from is whatever vendors in that vertical are currently offering, because exclusivity is declared at the point inventory is published. If nobody in a vertical is releasing fully exclusive volume today, no bid will conjure it, however high. That is worth knowing rather than guessing at, and it is one of the things the vertical alerts tell you: when supply of the tier you want turns up.
Bid each tier separately. Most buyers overpay at one end of that range and starve themselves at the other, and pricing each tier on its own is how you find out where your contact rates actually justify the premium.
Most buyers overpay on one end of that range and starve themselves on the other. Being able to bid a different price per tier is how you find out where your own contact rates actually justify the premium.
Where supply is deep, you pay less than any rate card
The auction works in your favour as well as the seller's. In a vertical carrying more supply than demand, sellers are competing for you, and inventory clears toward the lowest floor anyone will accept rather than at whatever a rate card was negotiated at last year. You will find verticals where you have been overpaying for a long time and nobody had any reason to tell you.
You discover that by bidding, not by negotiating. Put a realistic ceiling on a vertical, see where it actually clears, and you have a market price instead of a quote.
Fresh, aged, or a specific window
Take real-time only, or set a minimum and maximum age in minutes or days. A reactivation campaign and a live-transfer desk want completely different inventory, and both are here. You can also restrict which field values you will accept, and take data leads, phone leads or both.
Aged data is also sold outright in the Bid Capsule lead store, at published price points banded by vertical, how many times a record has been sold and how old it is. You can see exactly which band you are buying from before you commit, and the store deduplicates and suppresses against leads you already own so you never pay twice for the same record.
Nothing runs away from you
- Volume caps hourly, daily, weekly and monthly, plus minimum and maximum volume.
- Spend caps on the same four periods, plus a total spend cap.
- Alerts when you are outbid, when auto bid escalates, when a cap is reached, when funding runs low, and when a lead is delivered.
Prepaid, and refunded if we cannot fill it
There is no invoicing, no net terms and no credit. You fund a bid and that balance buys leads. It also gates the bid, so an unfunded bid does not run and a funded bid stops when the balance is spent. You cannot overspend past what you put in.
And if the market cannot supply you, the money comes back. Set a window when you fund, from three days upward, and if we have not found you a seller by the end of it your deposit is returned automatically. No claim to file. That is deliberately a low bar to clear: we would rather hold funded demand, go and recruit the seller your vertical needs, and hand the money back if we fail.
What you are bidding on has already been checked
Phone, email, address and IP verification runs through Targus, eBureau and Xverify before a lead routes, so the record you win was checked before you paid rather than after. Sellers are verified before their first listing goes live.
Where one-to-one consent applies, PingPickPost pings the buyer network, shows the responding buyers to the consumer, and posts the lead only to the buyer the consumer picked. The company named in the consent and the company receiving the lead are the same company by construction, not by a paperwork trail assembled afterwards.
If a lead still does not hold up, you return it and the seller accepts or declines. Both of you are told the outcome. A bad record is a process, not an argument.
Delivered wherever you work
To your API, by email, by text, or in batch by email or FTP for aged data. If you already run Lead Capsule, leads post straight into your own instance. If your API is not built yet, upload the specification and we will build the delivery campaign for you, or defer the details and finish them later.
If you have no CRM at all, that is not a reason to stay out. Choose Send to Lead Capsule CRM and funding your first bid provisions you a seat free, with your email address as the username and leads routed straight to you as the named agent. Teams working leads in house can add more seats, at a per-seat price that steps down as the desk grows.
You will hear when your vertical moves
We ask which verticals you buy so we can tell you when new sellers start publishing in them. In a market that is still filling out, knowing the moment your supply arrives is worth more than any dashboard.
