For Ad Sellers

Create a position, paste one tag, and let every impression find its own price. No insertion orders and no direct sales.

Bid Capsule is a two-sided marketplace built as a layer over Lead Capsule and Offer Capsule, running three markets: leads, advertising positions, and redirect and pop traffic. Sellers set the price they will accept, buyers bid, and a proxy auction settles at the clearing price. Signing up is free, the buy side is prepaid, and the processing fee sits inside the buyer's bid.

Let every impression find its own price

If you run a site, an app or a video player, your ad positions are worth different amounts to different advertisers at different moments, and a fixed rate can only ever capture one of those. Sell a pre-roll at a flat CPM and you are underpaid every time an advertiser would have paid more, and unsold every time one would have paid less.

Here each position is auctioned on the impression. The advertiser who values that slot most, right then, is the one who gets it, and you are paid the clearing price. Nothing is booked in advance and nothing needs renegotiating.

Create a slot, drop in a tag, done

You define the position, the marketplace gives you the tag, and you paste it in. The tag renders as script, JSON or VAST, so one integration covers a web page, an app and a video player rather than needing a different implementation for each.

There is no trafficking step, no insertion order and no sales conversation between deciding to sell a position and having it sold.

What you can list

  • Video positions: pre-roll, mid-roll and post-roll, delivered by VAST into any standard player.
  • Display positions: banners across the standard size range.
  • Text links.

You are not running a sales team

The reason most publishers underearn on ad inventory is not that their audience is worth little. It is that selling positions directly requires relationships, negotiation and someone to chase payment, and none of that scales with a long tail of inventory. An auction replaces all three. Advertisers bring their own demand, the price is set by whoever wants the slot most, and you never invoice anybody.

Getting paid

  • You receive the clearing price less the marketplace processing margin, published rather than implied.
  • Advertisers are prepaid, so every impression you serve is drawn from money already sitting on the platform. You are never chasing a media buyer for a payment.
  • Payouts release on a set day each week once the escrow window has passed.
  • Lead Capsule and Offer Capsule customers trade at a lower rate.

Reporting per slot

Served events and gross clearing revenue per position for whatever date range you choose, so you can see which placements carry your revenue and which are filler. Because pricing is discovered rather than fixed, that view actually tells you what your inventory is worth rather than what you once agreed to accept for it.

Told when demand arrives

We ask what you carry so we can tell you when new advertisers start bidding for positions like yours. Fill rate on a young marketplace moves as advertisers arrive, and you should hear about that rather than discover it.
